This Retail Sales Policy outlines how Photos by Brian Cy (photosbybriancy.com) sells and fulfills retail sales purchased online via photosbybriancy.com.

 

1. Photography Production:

Photography, unless otherwise indicated, is produced to order.  Orders may take 7 to 14 days to process.

 

2. Authenticity:

All images sold will be signed and numbered.  Limited edition prints will specify the size of the print run.  A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany each individual print for all orders.

 

3. Watermarks:

Images in the online store are watermarked for online viewing purposes only.  Watermarks will not be printed on the produced image.

 

4. Options and Pricing:

Each photograph, unless otherwise indicated, can be ordered with various options, including image size, matting, and framing.  Pricing will dynamically update based on the selected options.  Mats, if selected, will be standard gallery white.  Frames, if selected, will be standard gallery black.

 

5. Shipping and Tax:

Shipping costs and applicable tax will be calculated at checkout.  Shipping will primarily be provided by the most sensible service provider for your area.  We will only ship to addresses within the United States.

 

6.  Rights of Use:

Purchase of items does not convey rights of use beyond the personal, unless accompanied by a Licensing Agreement.  Please refer to the Acceptable Use Policy for more information. 

 

7. Refunds & Exchanges:

All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges will be issued after the purchase is completed.
