This Professional Services Policy governs the terms and expectations for professional photography services provided by  Photos by Brian Cy (photosbybriancy.com). By engaging Photos by Brian Cy (photosbybriancy.com) for professional services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

 

1. Appointment and Booking:

All services are provided strictly by appointment or booking only.

 

2. Deposits:

Deposits are required at the time of booking to secure your slot.  The deposit amount will vary base on the requested service and will be communicated during the booking process.  Deposits are non-refundable.  In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment within a specified time frame.

 

3. Payment of Balances:

Balances due must be paid in full at established start time of service. B Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of the appointment or booking.

 

4. Professional Bookings:

A contract will be required for all professional services.  The contract will outline the terms and conditions of the service, including but not limited to scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.  Applicable releases or other required documents will be included in the contract.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients are expected to provide a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling, as specified in the contract terms.  Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in forfeiting the deposit or incurring additional fees.

 

Photos by Brian Cy (photosbybriancy.com) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client promptly.  In the event that Photos by Brian Cy (photosbybriancy.com) must cancel the service and is unable to reschedule, where the client is not at fault, deposits will be refunded less an administrative fee as outlined in the contract.

 

6. Late Arrival:

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments.  Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration, possible late fees, and payment for services in full.

 

7. Confidentiality:

Any information shared during the course of providing professional services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

 

8. Termination of Services:

Photos by Brian Cy (photosbybriancy.com) reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-compliance with the terms outlined in the agreement or for other justifiable reasons.
