About Me
I have had a long standing fascination with photography, starting at a very early age as my grandfather carried around his 110 camera and snapped photographs. Capturing the moment seemed important to him, and that love for photography carried through to my father, and now to me.
I really became vested and interested in photography in 1999, when I asked my father if I could borrow his Canon AE-1 35mm and go experimenting. After about 9 months of borrowing his gear, I printed out the photos I'd taken to share with him. A year later, for my birthday, he gifted me his gear and my love affair with photography was born.
I have no formal training, instead relying on my eye and my instincts to capture images that speak to me. I shoot many different genres, but focus on architecture, city scenes, and landscapes. I am fascinated by the abstract as well as the candid, and in all of my work, try my best to capture the true essence of the moment.
As you explore my site, I hope you will find something that speaks to you. Thanks for stopping by!
